Dear community,
This is a first entry of our series of detailed status updates, where we discuss the things we are currently working on, as well as some of the upcoming features to the SmartPad platform.
Let’s begin with the most pressing issue — the website troubleshooting.
By the end of this month, we are going to fix a number of website-related issues. The list includes:
- Total contribution amount
- Referral program bonuses
- Day of participation
- Personal cabinet fixes
There will be some other miscellaneous updates, but we hope to deliver the fixes to the main bulk of issues.
Moving on, we are planning to issue bonus rewards to the key members of our community this Wednesday. We would also like to take this opportunity to clarify the announcement we issued yesterday. Top 100 SmartPad contributors (participants with the largest ETH contributions, including all referral bonuses) will be rewarded with $100 worth of 1MIL tokens. The token, 1MIL, belongs to another project, 1MillionNFTs. This is not our own token, PAD, which is going to be issued only after the TGE.
Now that the clarifications are over, let’s move on to some of the cool things we cooked up for you, specifically the features involving token holders rewards.
There were many questions about specifics of PAD holding. This is why we are very excited to finally announce our staking platform. The platform will be linked with PAD token and will offer an APY yield model, solely to the token holders. They will also be eligible for early participation in the pools and we will share more details on that later.
In addition, we plan to implement a governance system based on PAD. We sincerely believe that a governance-based platform is essential to the current needs of DeFi ecosystem. Token holders will be able to participate in voting and assist in bringing in new projects, according to the current community needs. A forum will be implemented, thereby incentivizing the community participation.
